Salesforce System Specialist

The Salesforce System Specialist is a resource with expertise in our back office systems and process. The incumbent will develop requirements for system enhancement as well as create and maintain metric reporting for the entire Platform Delivery team. This role also has responsibility for administering pricebooks in Zuora and Salesforce.com along with testing new system functionality prior to release. Duties • Develop system requirements/enhancements in response to internal customer requests for data/reports and status updates. • Create/Manage quote and order templates • Support the Sales organization by processing large orders • Handle data exceptions that are not currently automated • Design reports and dashboards related to sales activities and revenue • Data and process administration Qualifications & Skills: • Experience using or administering Salesforce.com • Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Solid understanding of databases • Understanding of a quote to cash sales process • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and priorities to completion • Effective interpersonal and communications skills
