Senior Developer

As a full-time Senior Developer, this individual will be responsible developing and managing key technologies within the Scripts Rx strategic roadmap, including its call center platform, physician portal and interaction tools, and analytics engines. The individual will also have a key role in helping to support the architecting of the solutions and the technology roadmap of the organization. Examples of potential projects and responsibilities include: • Develop the healthcare provider portal using the Salesforce Community Cloud • Design and build enhancements to the call center platform used by internal staff of Scripts Rx Pharmacy, including pharmacy technicians and pharmacists • Support the development of reporting and dashboarding solutions inside the call center platform and provider portal • Assist in building analytics solutions and management of business intelligence tools • Introduce new and innovative solutions that Scripts Rx can deploy to internal stakeholders, physicians, patients, or clients • Maintain an open dialogue with Scripts Rx leadership team regarding progress and results, such as weekly progress reports and monthly strategy planning documents
