The Salesforce Administrator/Developer is a member of the Information Technology team, and manages the Salesforce.com environment across all business functions. The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for designing, developing, and executing the day-day configuration, support, development and overall maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform. Responsible for daily administration and support of our Salesforce database activities including maintaining users, profiles, permission sets and licenses, ongoing data maintenance including mass imports and deduplication, release management and troubleshooting. In addition the Salesforce administrator / developer is responsible for customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validations, as well as implementation of additional functionality through custom configuration, code or integration with 3rd party tools.
