Principal Duties and Responsibilities • Provide 2nd level support resolving functional and system errors identified or escalated by Business Partners on CRM Systems • Incident management. Ensure incidents, issues and problems are raised with defined time frame and follow service standards. • Work with internal customers to understand requirements and implement configuration changes. Should be able to debug and understand logs What you need to succeed • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in the software industry • Salesforce Certified Support Engineer • 10+ years’ experience performing Salesforce.com Sales Cloud and Service Cloud configuration • Operated as Salesforce Admin in a Large Enterprise environments • Minimum 10 years’ experience in one or more software scripting languages (Perl, Java, WebServices) • Operated in a global support organization and has operated at a leadership role • Prior experience in development role is preferred • Strong Knowledge on MSSQL and SQL Programming • Knowledge of / experience in one or more major enterprise CRM applications
