facebook ads CPA

hello can i find someone help me on facebook ads to do compain for companies .. what i need exactly is : i have 1 landing page and 1 thankyou page when the lead click on ad will go to landing page and he will fill there his personal data like : name , email , phone then he will click Done , it will show thank you page , when thank you page become active -> facebook ad will charge and start record the registration and my account will pay to facebook by registration . that what i want to do ... Cost per Lead or Cost Per Action thanks alot
