This Senior Consultant / Manager will be responsible for successfully customizing and deploying the Salesforce.com applications. In this capacity, the Consultant will be an expert in Salesforce features and CRM business processes. This position is 20% project management, 40% analysis, and 40% delivery. Less than 25% travel. Skills and Qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to manage client projects in the delivery of business consulting and systems development - Excellent analysis skills with proven ability to design and optimize business processes - Excellent presentation and communication skill - Must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn - 2+ years of hands on Salesforce experience - 2+ years of consulting experience - 10+ years of work experience - Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
