Salesforce Support Consultant / Functional Consultant (80% remote working)

About Us Hyphen8 is a Salesforce partner based in the UK. We work for organisations of all shapes and sizes, that operate in a whole range of different market sectors - both in the UK and internationally. However, we are particularly passionate about working with Small and Medium sized commercial enterprises, and organisations in the Not-for-profit sector: such as Charities, Social Enterprises and others. We are actively seeking a new support team member and a functional consultant who can lead projects to alleviate the growing workload. You will be working on multiple projects with high end clients supporting or overseeing salesforce implementation Person Specification At least 2 years Salesforce experience ADM201 certified. Salesforce Administration - Reports, Dashboards, Page Layouts, User Permissions etc. Demonstrable Salesforce Configuration experience. 1st & 2nd Line Support preferable Excellent communicator - Must be able to liaise with various stakeholders.
