Join us as an essential team member who is vital to the maintenance and development of our global CRM systems within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO Team). You will be a subject matter expert in helping to manage, maintain and expand our CRM systems. The role will predominantly focus on Salesforce, but you will also work with Communities, Remedyforce, Kimble and any other 3rd party systems. You will be required to manage Sandbox environments, along with contributing to effective change control processes and ensuring the appropriate testing of new enhancements before they are released. You will have extensive Salesforce administration, development knowledge process the desire to grow and drive the development of the system with an understanding of database design concepts. You will be experienced in Salesforce reporting, permission sets, configuration, workflows and process building, validation rules and will have experience of managing plug-ins which link to Salesforce. You will have experience of working with APEX, Visualforce, & the Lightning Platform.
