Non-profit hiring Salesforce administrator / Fundraise assistant

For our Non-profit organization (www.iceers.org - www.news.iceers.org) we just got Salesforce setup with Causeview and now are looking for someone with experience in salesforce use in a non-profit environment who can work with us to import our databases, integrate 3rd party apps (like Mailchimp), test event-forms, payment gateway, etc. and streamline our workflow in salesforce. Additionally doing fundraising assistance work (researching Foundations in the Foundation Center database and new prospects and adding findings to Salesforce). We are looking for an affordable external contractor (or motivated volunteer) with an initial 2-month agreement which we would revise at the end of the two months. Our office is based in Barcelona, so people living in this area is great but not a requirement, working from another country is also perfectly fine. Native or high-level English is a requirement, and knowledge of the Foundation Center database, grant writing, Spanish and fundraising experience a plus.
