As IESE’s CRM Manager, you will work with Marketing, Sales and IT teams to ensure every Prospect in the Database is activated and nurtured across programs and throughout the sales funnel. Tasks: - Support marketing and sales initiatives with insightful data for decision-making - Have a technical understanding of IESE’s SalesForce and Pardot set up, data architecture and processes - Build an emailing strategy to drive conversion within the CRM across different stages of the sales funnel, including Prospect activation. - Identify Prospect clusters within our Database and drive insights from our customers' behaviors & journeys with advanced machine learning or statistical techniques - Develop LTVs model in order to allow ROI calculations to be generated. Ensuring we are always acquiring customers profitably. - Define benchmarks, goals, and KPIs and setup dashboards to visualize the marketing funnel from awareness to in-class and assess the impact of marketing campaigns and sales actions
