Salesforce Business Analyst - 100% Remote - 1 Year Contract

This Business Analyst role will be supporting the Program and technical teams by working with various staff assisting in the implementation of programs that meet market and strategic objectives. Day-to-Day Tasks include, but not limited to: Proactively monitor Program Activity to spot areas where the team can engage in program design and implementation assistance Assist the management of the Client Lean Program as necessary Work with functional business leads to develop and transform requirements into systems design and implementation. Collect, document, map, and analyze business process and system dependencies. Configure data fields for delivered functionality / core modules based upon stakeholder input. Gather, synthesize, and document business requirements. Effectively communicate status, collaborate, and problem-solve with relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with colleagues to identify recommendations for process improvements, overcoming constraints, and resolve difficult operational and technological issues. Identify, mitigate, and manage risk. Document changes to the design and implementation of various systems which includes but not limited to: Salesforce, SharePoint O365
