Assessment and Recommendation - 40% As a contracting Salesforce Consultant, you will assess the current Salesforce processes already in place, as well as consider desired capabilities from relevant team members including those involved in fundraising, volunteer management, and operations. Based on your findings, you will guide leadership on the best next steps. While we have ideas about data we want to track and be able to report on, we are seeking the guidance of an outside consultant to evaluate our thinking, and suggest possibilities for the most efficient and effective solutions to our challenges that we, as non-Salesforce experts, may be missing. Implementation and Administration- 60% Once an action plan is articulated and approved, we would like you to implement any pieces that our team is not equipped to complete, including integrations that are needed and any data bulk uploads, cleaning and streamlining, as needed. Some possible integrations include Mailchimp, Gmail, and Give Lively, currently being used for our US fundraising operations. Building reports that utilize the new data is also desired.
