Salesforce Project Manager

Technical Requirement • 5 - 10 years of project management experience in a variety of industries and business areas • 4+ years of Salesforce implementation experience including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Integrations utilizing proven project management processes and framework • Hands on knowledge of the SFDC Sales and Service core object model and supporting business processes • Knowledge of various stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including analysis, requirement engineering, architecture design, development, enhancements, testing • Experience defining detailed project scope and plans from business and technology objectives • Ability to manage the delivery team through the entire project lifecycle to include: requirements analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, development and configuration, quality assurance and testing, change management and training • Strong executive presence and ability to work closely with senior IT and business leaders to ensure that delivery expectations are developed, managed and met • Experience in leading and directing all levels of project team members, including business and technology resources,
