(Full Time) Systems Administrator for Salesforce and FinancialForce

Posting: https://boards.greenhouse.io/dialexa/jobs/4352142003 Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator, working in the Lightning environment Dialexa is looking to bring on an organized and strategic Systems Administrator to lead the ongoing development as part of a small team supporting our Salesforce.com and FinancialForce.com platforms. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop, and deploy new business processes including: Marketing, Sales, IT, and Delivery. This role is part technical project manager, part administrator and part analyst. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of Sales Cloud, Pardot, Einstein/TableauCRM, and FinancialForce as well as third party tools like ZoomInfo, Prolifiq Crush, Duplicate Check, and AskNicely.
