Chatbot Developer Consultant

We are looking for a Chatbot expert to lead the development of a Chatbot strategy for our 8000 member aerospace marketplace . We would like to implement a Chatbot system on our e-commerce site to transform our digital service into an engaging and personal experience for our members. As a consultant to the company the role and responsibilities are as follows: Gather information of various Chatbot developers who can create, design, optimize and implement a fully automated Chatbot system on our e-commerce website. Research the best platforms for integrating solutions, analytics and third-party applications. Consult with our Chatbot Writer to effectively create, design and develop the Chatbot and measuring conversion rates. Understanding the functionality and purpose of what we want to achieve with our Chatbot system. Requirements: Associates degree in IT, computer science, or equivalent work experience. Experience in conversational interface development using a commercial AI/NLP platform. Knowledge of Salesforce. Experience writing functional tests. Quick and self-motivated learner.
