App Product Tester/Documentation/Release Management/Consultant

Looking for a full time person from USA or Canada. We have 5 apps on appexchange that allow businesses to improve their processes with document generation, electronic signature, shipping, and faxing features in Salesforce. We are looking for someone to become an expert in all our apps. Test new features and bug fixes and manage the release of new versions. Update and create documentation to make them clear, easy to understand, and accurate. Create training videos that highlight app functionality and special use cases. Communicate with prospects to learn about their business and advise if our apps can help improve their process. Architect solutions using our apps for a specific customer and then configure or manage configuration of that implementation. Estimate hours for implementing our apps for a specific customer. Answer any more technical questions to support the team internally on unique use cases. Be able to do demos of the app with prospects and partners. You should at least be admin level certified but having consulting experience is a big plus. Experience with doc gen, esignature, or shipping apps a plus.
