What You’ll Do: -Manage large, complex projects from beginning to end -Produce, update, and present project management artifacts: RACIs, gantt charts, issues lists, risk management matrices -Manage backlogs in Jira and Trello and act as a scrum-master for projects run on an Agile methodology -Manage project expectations with team members and client stakeholders -Communicate to customer stakeholders regarding project progress, issue management, risk management, timelines, and escalations -Manage timeline, cost and quality metrics for projects in your portfolio -Manage releases and cutover plans -Ensure compliance with customer change controls and SDLC components -Drive desired professional behaviors and motivate the team to the highest levels of performance -Ensure that team members have the best conditions to perform successfully, advocate for positive change and flag risks and problems -Manage the client relationship throughout the engagement Continually assess people, process and technology risks and adjust project plans to address them accordingly
