Managing Director - Salesforce Practice

Carabiner Group is seeking a driven, experienced Salesforce professional to join our firm as Managing Director. Having tripled in the last 6 months, we are poised to continue our expansion and invite qualified applicants to apply to join this talented and resourceful team in a hands-on leadership role. A remote-first organization, our team is spread out across the United States, serving a diverse set of clients centered in the financial service and SAAS start-up spaces across AMER, EMEA, and APAC. This role will prove pivotal to our continued expansion and is an opportunity to take true ownership over our strategic growth. As we continue to grow, we foresee the person in this role transitioning to a Head of Consulting position within the next 18 months. Responsibilities: •End-to-end accountability for the delivery of Salesforce.com project development with a team of 6 consultants. Serve as hands-on project manager for these initiatives.
