Salesforce Consultant & Project Manager (US)

Job Responsibilities Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management. Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Create sprints plan and conduct regular scrum meetings Collaborate with clients to analyse and understand business problems and objectives, think through various business scenarios and edge cases and ask probing questions & other techniques to elicit the full and accurate picture of business requirements Leverage thorough understanding of client business processes and Salesforce capabilities to make recommendations and propose technical/non-technical solutions to meet business requirements in collaboration with technical team Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and key technical resources Skills and Qualifications Experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant & Project Manager 2 - 7 years of administration, development and consulting experience on Salesforce projects Familiarity with Agile development methodology. Excellent communication skills. Salesforce Admin Certification and at least one Salesforce Cloud Certification are must
