Optimize SFDC and business processes as Customer Success Lead focus on Sales, Marketing and HCP proceses. Key Responsibilities: • Optimization of business processes in SFDC system. Act as a Subject Matter Expert • Configure and test to execute features, integration, and reporting in SFDC. • Create and validate functional business requirements against business needs. • Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional requirements and design to meet requirements • Identify root causes and provide guidance to IT including perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including data integrity/accuracy in SFDC. • Serve as liaison between IT team and stakeholders in the area of responsibility. • Provide design and architecture guidance to projects Skills: Communication, drive, leadership, analytical mindset, stakeholders management Knowledge and experience: SFDC certification, Sales Cloud expertise, 5 years experience in similar position, Technical knowledge, Advance on English, Project management skills recommended.
