Salesforce Developer Lead

Salesforce Developer Lead will be a part of one or more scrum teams in Banco Popular and will implement user stories in the Salesforce platform focusing on the back-end side integration, data model, and security. Own development tasks for one or more projects at a time. Minimize and reduce tech debt as an integral part of the development process. Responsibilities: Advise the project team on out of the box vs customization options for solutions related to user stories. Collaborate with architects to ensure appropriate development patterns and standards are followed. Collaborate with enterprise architecture to evaluate and evolve integration standards and practices. Implement solutions using both click and code. Manage the Salesforce data model and associated changes. Work with architects and admins to implement and maintain security practices associated to Salesforce data models, integration and access. Implement performance measurement techniques and associated optimizations for the Salesforce platform. Provide estimations for points required for stories to be implemented. Demonstrate solutions and perform postmortems.
