This role reports to the Manager of Salesforce Administration and Customer Licensing. The incumbent is expected to coordinate SFDC-related activities with the Manager for planning purposes, and is expected to meet with SFDC users independently to assess needs, evaluate solutions, and make recommendations to the Manager. • 2-4 years Experience with Salesforce.com Req • 4-7 years Professional experience in a service environment Req • SFDC Certified Administrator certification (existing or to be achieved within 12 months of assuming role) 1 Year Req • SFDC Certified Developer certification Pref • Experience with Salesforce functionality including Process Builder, Workflow rules, Validations, Flows, Data Loader, Sandboxes, Custom Objects, Profiles/Roles & Permissions, Communities, Classic & Lightning UI, Reports & Dashboards, Chatter, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Please see IEEE job site for more information/details.
