SHARE!, a nonprofit organization in Los Angeles, CA USA (www.shareselfhelp.org) seeks an experienced ongoing part-time or consultant to manage Nonprofit Success Pack and Volunteers with integration with QuickBooks Online and Constant Contact thru Zappier. We have the Salesforce database set up to our needs for 20 users, but desire someone who can troubleshoot issues and help staff get trained to use it, as well as to see that NPSP and Volunteers continues to work effectively for us.

The Administrator will respond to questions or issues from users throughout the organization and will resolve technical and functional support issues, manage data loads, create reports, review data quality, and provide training to personnel and end-users on new features and functionality. On a less frequent basis, the Administrator will work with leadership to document and implement  new business  processes, modify the existing configuration, integrate new applications and more.
