Salesforce Solutions Architect

What You Will Do: Advise and assist in the execution of system integration related services Provide technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders Work with Healthgrades clients to design and build technical architectures Work closely with product and implementations teams within Healthgrades to design solutions that meet client expectations Function as the technical subject matter expert for Healthgrades solutions Work directly with Solution Consultants, Solution Architects, and Sales Leads to deliver meaningful strategies and outputs for Healthgrades solutions Share customer feedback related to products with teams across the organization 3+ years of hands on technical expertise with Salesforce required; Salesforce Health Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred 2+ years Mulesoft and API Integration experience Strong technical background in Data Engineering and integrations for custom development, Public Cloud, and/or Commercial off the shelf (COTS) Must have experience authoring reference architectures and other solution engineering documentation Excellent verbal, written and collaboration skills
