Full-time Salesforce / Pardot Systems and Data Administrator

Health Action Council based in Cleveland, Ohio is in search of a Salesforce and Pardot Administrator to join our growing team. This role will support the marketing, sales, member engagement, and operations teams. The mission of this role is to bring a hands-on approach to solving marketing, sales, and member engagement data, process, and reporting issues. The ideal candidate is a passionate and results-driven operations technologist with firsthand experience in Pardot and Salesforce. Experience should range from projects such as system implementation, integration, migration, data management, infrastructure build-out all the way to automating scalable marketing campaigns and programs. An accountable, self-starter who is able to hit the ground running while working independently and effectively is needed. Preferred qualifications: 4+ years of experience with Salesforce, database and SFTP connectors and customization (APEX, Visual Force). Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist & Salesforce Admin and/or Advanced Administrator Certifications.
