Intermediate Salesforce Developer

The Salesforce Developer will be part of the team responsible for the implementation, configuration, customization, and maintenance of client instances of Salesforce by: - Conducting requirements gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, and design of Salesforce instances and Salesforce integrated solutions - Overseeing the migration of data and new deployments - Providing best practice recommendations - Working with both staff and clients - Assist in training and in providing oversight to subcontractors The successful candidate will work closely with other team members, vendors, and clients to ensure we prepare our clients for growth and ensure the stability of their Salesforce ecosystems, including third-party integrations. The ideal candidate will have a combination of Salesforce platform experience, technical capabilities and a solid understanding of core business processes.
