Solutions Architect - Salesforce Marketing Cloud

The Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Solutions Architect is both a technical and business leader at Response Labs, responsible for the execution of enterprise-level CRM and loyalty marketing initiatives using the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform. This person is a subject matter expert (SME) with hands-on experience of all things SFMC and is expected to consult, mentor, document and share knowledge, standards and best practices throughout the lifecycle of a project both internally and with the client. A key component of this position is to help establish and maintain consistency and reliability of campaign execution across multiple business units. Problem solving—from complex to rudimentary—must be a motivator for the SFMC Solutions Architect. Response Labs is the steward of all things SFMC for our clients. They look to us and trust us to bring solutions at all levels. The ideal candidate is curious, self-motivated, a quick learner and able to work autonomously when necessary. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must - the SFMC Solutions Architect must be able to translate corporate objectives or problems into relevant tangible solutions in Marketing Cloud.
