Director of Data Management

SUMMARY OF JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Young Judaea seeks a smart, analytical, and innovative professional to develop, execute, and oversee the organization’s data strategy, and help build a data-informed culture in partnership with leadership and staff. Our twin areas of focus are improving alumni engagement and fundraising; and opening new markets for enrollment in our programs. The new director will be charged will overseeing and further developing the organization’s data and data systems, building reporting and analytical products, and delivering insights to inform the organization’s programs, fundraising and strategy. The Director of Data Management will be an integral part of Young Judaea Global’s team and work closely with a team of dynamic staff under the direct supervision of Young Judaea's CEO. This is a full-time position based in the US. Salary range, commensurate with experience is 80-100k Full benefits package included.
