Title: Salesforce Business Analyst Job Category: Contact Center / Logistics Level: Entry Location: Augusta, GA The Salesforce Business Analyst will support the URBN Contact Center primarily working on URBN Chatbots, Contact Center related reporting, and other Salesforce related activities. The Salesforce Business Analyst will also assist with testing all Call Center related software changes. This resource must have a strong sense of ownership and be well-spoken, self-motivated and be both customer focused and technically oriented. Support will be provided by the URBN Tech Salesforce team based in Philadelphia, PA. Travel to Philadelphia will be required. The resource reports to Call Center Management.
