Working under the Salesforce System Manager, collaborate with internal and external developers to design, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions and the related Apps, as well as future changes and customizations: - Reviews current business needs and processes and creates system design recommendations documents - Builds customization per system design - Can include Apex, Visualforce, process builder flows, custom formula fields, etc. - Ensures that new customization is tested before rollout - Ensures that work performed is well organized and documented - Carefully makes mass updates/changes to company data - Supports and Consults with the Developer team regarding business needs and system functionality - Performs quality tests of the website from a customer standpoint whenever changes are made - Develops and maintains SOPs for the business processes created in or around Salesforce implementation - Create Reports and Dashboards based on employee responsibilities - Identifies ongoing issues and designs future system projects to address them after launch - Provides ongoing Salesforce support and training to employees
