Salesforce Professional Services Team Manager

You will be a member of the leadership team and responsible for developing and leading a team of Salesforce consultants focused on post-implementation support for assigned clients. You will recruit and mentor team members, set expectations and monitor workload and performance. You may also hold a small portfolio of personal clients and serve as a resource to team members. The position reports to the Vice President of Professional Services. You will be successful if you have: * Advanced understanding of Salesforce applications * 5+ years in professional services delivery for software implementation and support * 2+ years of direct people management experience * Salesforce System Administrator Certification * One or more Salesforce Consultant level certifications * MUST be eligible to live and work in the United States without sponsorship.
