We are looking for a talented HUMAN CENTERED DESIGN MANAGER to join our team specializing in MARKETING for our CORPORATE SEGMENT in COLUMBUS, INDIANA.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

· Playing a pivotal role in leading discovery assessments for new and enhancements to solutions focusing on customer experience throughout the whole Cummins digital journey.

· Designing innovative digital experiences through the translation of user needs into desirable, viable, and feasible solutions that improve the lives and businesses of customers.

· Serving as a subject-matter expert in human-centered design, advising stakeholders/customers on the benefits and easily applies human-centered design
