For 30 years, Maryland Nonprofits has worked to promote a thriving and effective nonprofit sector in Maryland. The CRM Manager is critical to the long-term strategy and daily operations of Maryland Nonprofits, collaborating with all departments to ensure that Maryland Nonprofits is using Salesforce strategically to meet our goals. This role combines technical project management, database administration, and Salesforce vendor relations and management. This position is also responsible for providing Salesforce training and technical assistance to colleagues. The CRM Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Maryland Nonprofits database, including the successful integration of Salesforce with new and existing technology. This role is responsible for the development and oversight of Maryland Nonprofits’ full utilization of Salesforce, including day-to-day activities as well as testing protocols, and identifying opportunities to optimize the internal and external user experience.
