As our Professional Service Manager, you will be a member of our leadership team and responsible for the development and leadership of our Client Support Team. This team is focused on post-implementation support. You will mentor team members, set expectations and monitor workload and performance. The team leader will also hold a small portfolio of clients. We are a fully remote organization that values work and life balance. *Develop & manage a team of Salesforce Consultants *Help the team assess, diagnose and design solutions for client business needs using the Salesforce platform. *Build trusted partnerships with our managed services clients, serving as escalation point when needed. *Identify service growth opportunities across managed services clients. *Operationalize business processes to improve quality and customer satisfaction. *Manage to a 4.8+ out of 5.0 customer satisfaction rating. *Manage team utilization and assign team resources for new engagements. *Promote and coach follow-on sales of service package
