Senior Salesforce Analyst

SOM is seeking a Senior Salesforce Analyst to: Lead business plan initiatives, including sharing Salesforce best practices (how to capture business plan goals and activities, build out reports/dashboards) Regularly perform data hygiene of leads, accounts, opportunities, and custom objects Work with end-users to develop reports Design reports and/or dashboards for Salesforce users; provide guidance on systems development that leads to clear reporting and accurate data Participate in the Salesforce Steering Committee Responsible for the oversight of the current Salesforce administration, as a Salesforce Administrator, in tandem with Salesforce Support Analyst Coordinate and collaborate with the Business Analytics, Financial Systems Group, and Office of Technology teams to ensure a smooth workflow of data between systems and consistent internal reporting Responsible for the development of training for different group sizes and modalities to help with user comfort and adoption Project/product management: work across multiple groups & stakeholders in the organization to define project needs and scope Full description may be found at https://www.som.com/culture/careers/
