CRM Administrator and CRM Specialist positions at Eastern University

We have two open positions for our CRM team: Our CRM Administrator position is primarily responsible for maintaining and growing the university’s CRM. This includes working directly with the enrollment, operations, and marketing teams to customize and enhance the product to fully leverage its capabilities. Systems that would be beneficial but not required to know: Pardot, Informatica, TargetX, Axiom, Colleague. The CRM Specialist position is responsible for supporting the university’s CRM. This includes working directly with the marketing and enrollment teams to fully customize and enhance the product to leverage its capabilities. It entails understanding the needs of the enrollment departments, making recommendations, and technically implementing all aspects of any needed solutions.
