This position is responsible for creating and executing targeted email campaigns to clients. Lead lifecycle email strategy to drive acquisition, engagement, upselling, and retention. Develop push campaigns and automation email series. Leverage Salesforce CRM date for audience performance and preferences. Ensure quality assurance of email campaigns including using the proper lists, style, and images while adhering to brand standards. Act as a liaison and collaborate with Salesforce Administrator, Sales Department, and Marketing department. Utilize and provide analytics to improve marketing campaigns.
