Sales Analyst & Salesforce Guru (Remote, US)

This role is centered around taking Respondus sales and marketing efforts to the next level, in addition to configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our Salesforce instance. In short, we’re looking for a SF unicorn who can help us connect the dots between “reporting and results.” As a Sales Operations Analyst, you'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, licensing, and company leadership to support business goals and teamwide productivity. Leveraging Salesforce and other tools, you'll analyze, organize, and present data to support KPIs, sales efforts, and general operational efficiency. As a Salesforce Administrator, you'll oversee the database, capitalizing on the full features and benefits of the system.
