About the role: As part of the Operations team, the Jr. Salesforce Administrator & Research Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth “front-end” database operations and support. This includes but is not limited to creating and updating Salesforce resources (reports, dashboards, list views, etc.), providing internal and external support for donations and technical issues, inputting and reconciling donations, leading data quality initiatives, and managing development research.
