The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist will work closely with the Commercial Operations team to implement tools and processes that enable them to sell more effectively and efficiently. This technically savvy, analytical, process-oriented individual will combine three key skills that intersect AVITA’s commercial, technical, and analytical organizational needs: 1) Commercial Acumen 2) Business Analysts skills 3) Salesforce Administration. The Sr. Sales Operations Specialist (Salesforce Administrator) will lead the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce platform, as well as support in the adoption of reporting and visualization tools within the organization. Additionally, the individual will support ongoing projects within the commercial organization related to commercial tools, resources, and other selling initiatives. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, curious, with strong organizational skills, and project management capabilities and who thrives in an autonomous environment!
