Ideal person should have  at least 8-10 years of experience in the tech side of ecommerce business  experience of coding/setting up of Java based ecommerce/CRM  At least 2-4 yrs Salesforce Commerce Cloud consulting experience with proven ability to deliver Cloud Commerce Solutions  exposure to client handling & Pre sales  ability to recruit, build, lead and manage teams  Learning streak to keep abreast with the upcoming trends & technologies in the field  Should be ready and willing to travel globally for managing onsite issues.
