The RGG Marketing Tech team is seeking a Salesforce Developer Manager to build and manage the infrastructure for our key communications strategies. We’re looking for someone with 6+ years of experience and a passion for building solutions and streamlining processes. The MarTech team manages the automations, journeys, and templates for all omni-channel communications using SFMC to leverage dynamic content, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analysis. You will exercise your innovation skills to deliver high quality personalized content for our customers and create efficient processes for our Marketing team. What You Will Accomplish: •Manage projects end-to-end partnering collaboratively with a cross-functional team across Marketing and Tech •Provide efficient and elegant solutions for dynamically sending communications building journeys, writing queries, and building data extensions with key SFMC tools (Contact Builder, Audience Builder, API triggers, Automation Studio and Journey Builder)
