As a Manager in Business Consulting for Digital Transformation, you will help our clients solve complex problems and support them through their transformation. You will use a well-defined methodology, understand the business and focus on changes to the people enablement of technology and organizational structures. You will lead the transition through strategic changes, technology implementations, M&A, and business process redesign for Fortune 500 clients. Key activities include Change impact analysis, leadership alignment, change readiness planning, business process design, communications planning and development, engagement activities, training strategy and development, workshops and other areas of change management.
