The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking a a full-time, permanent Salesforce Product Manager to lead strategic planning and business analysis for our Salesforce product suite. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the customer experience for the millions of daily travelers who use our services, owning among our most critical customer touchpoints. MTA serves a population of 15.3 million people across a 5,000-square-mile travel area surrounding New York City, operating subway, bus, Access-A-Ride, and commuter rail services and and 9 bridges and tunnels across the region. We are migrating our customer relationship management, marketing, and messaging tools to Salesforce solutions. In this role you will work within our Customer Experience team and closely with business users and the product delivery and support teams to identify, prioritize, plan, and oversee the implementation of new solutions, integrations, enhancements, and defect corrections.
