Upstream’s Data and Technology Team works cross-functionally to ensure software, hardware, and data function optimally while leading improvement projects that shape the business and promote organizational effectiveness, efficiency and data-driven decision making.

Reporting to the Vice President of Data and Technology, the Salesforce Product Manager will manage Upstream’s Salesforce Team, consisting of a Salesforce Administrator and Manager of Business Analysis, to clearly define and execute on the organization's vision for Salesforce. The Salesforce Product Manager will work across our Salesforce customer teams such as, Development and External Affairs, Growth, Practice Transformation, and Contracts to prioritize, align, scope and project manage Salesforce initiatives.
