The American Enterprise Institute (AEI), a public policy think tank in Washington, DC, seeks an entrepreneurial, service-oriented team player to become our next Salesforce administrator. The Salesforce administrator will help improve business practices across the institute through the configuration, support, training, maintenance, and improvement of our customer relationship management platform.

Primary responsibilities include developing custom features and functionality, designing complex reports and dashboards, optimizing the user interface, developing automations, developing forms, promoting user adoption, training users, and managing data.

We’re searching for someone enthusiastic about the Salesforce platform who understands how to use it to solve all types of business problems. An interest in public policy and a commitment to the principles of expanding liberty, increasing individual opportunity, and strengthening the free enterprise system are beneficial.
