The Manager of CRM (Salesforce) and Data will be responsible for maintaining and improving the CRM system’s functionality within Wonderful Education. The Manager will manage the day-to-day tasks related to using our CRM system, solving user issues and requests, training employees on using the system, and extend the existing functionality of the platform as the business changes, evolves or expands. The role will also include providing support for our Health and Wellness and Community data needs to increase the flexibility and agility of our overall team. The Manager will drive the ongoing maintenance, system improvements, development, architecture, and overall functionality of the CRM. They will also be responsible for responding to both ongoing scheduled reports and ad hoc requests related to performing analysis, creating views, visualizations, and dashboards to illustrate insights from data held within the CRM and other department systems.
