This position is responsible for development, coordination, and implementation of all digital platforms that support effort related to customer service /sales with business units, territories, and disciplines within the NYBC Enterprise (BBD, CBC, IBR, NYBC, and RIBC). This position will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, high quality, and scalable program administration for customer relationship management (CRM) and digital marketing platforms (such Salesforce). In addition, this position will also assist with design and data analytics support for our sales team and/or customers. Experience: 5+ years of experience in a leading role in delivering Salesforce projects. 2-5 years experience managing staff. Experience working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
