Reporting to the Director of Development, the Database Administrator will oversee the administration and optimization of our constituent database, maintain accurate and thorough records, and support the organization's overall information needs to further the United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation's mission of promoting research and education for the diagnosis, treatment, and cure of mitochondrial disorders and supporting affected individuals and families.
This is a full-time and remote-based position.
DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage and maintain Salesforce database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Develop and maintain custom fields, workflows, and automation to support business processes.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into business processes and
performance.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and provide training and support to end-users.
• Manage data integrations with other systems, such as marketing automation tools, and ensure data synchronization.
