The Technical Support Specialist will provide internal end users, including remote off-site users with prompt, professional answers and solutions to their technical questions, problems and concerns, achieving highly satisfied customers. The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware/software, operating systems and network configurations. The Technical Support Specialist escalates and manages through solutions with external vendors when required.
